Guidelines

Minor content:
- Spelling -> Fix it

- Content/proposals/models -> Do not overwite. See below for adding new ViewPoints or Discussion page comments.
- Creating Links:
- Internal to P&B Wiki or Pop-up Links > Good, please add
- External to P&B Wiki > contact P&B Interest Group Rep for review via navigating to the specific page of interest. Select the "discussion" tab at the top center of the page. In the "Subject" field, type your subject title. In the "Message" field, type your suggestion detail. Click the "Post" button.
Major Content
- Adding View Points > use style guide, see "HowTo" page for instructions.
- Adding Issue > provide suggestion to P&B Interest Group via navigating to the P&B Wiki "Home" page and selecting the "discussion" tab at the top center of the page. In the "Subject" field, type your subject title. In the "Message" field, type your suggestion detail. Click the "Post" button.
- 10 Pains > based on survey, so do not expect to change. To provide a suggestion to P&B Interest Group, navigate to the "Planning and Budgeting Pains" page and select the "discussion" tab at the top center of the page. In the "Subject" field, type your subject title. In the "Message" field, type your suggestion detail. Click the "Post" button.
Discussion Page
- Used for disagreeing with existing View Point, adding feedback, asking a question or other content. See "HowTo" page for instructions.
History
- Use "history" tab on a given page to find prior page versions, if needed.
