Bill Clark
Bill Clark is currently contracting as an Activity-Based Costing Manager with the US Coast Guard in Elizabeth City, NC. He has over 25 years of financial planning experience in budgeting & forecasting, expense management, division administration & oversight, and G&A/Project accounting within the financial services and telecommunications industries. He recently retired from Freddie Mac where he served as Controller Director for the three major lines-of-business: Single Family; Multi-Family; and Investments. During his tenure at Freddie Mac, he implemented an ABC system for Freddie Mac’s AUS scoring system, Loan Prospector, centralized Bloomberg and Reuters market data services, and helped coordinate SEC compliant segment reporting.
Bill holds a Master of Arts from George Mason University in American Literature. He taught high school English for several years, and he has presented “Implementing a Rolling Eighteen-Month Forecast” at ASMI Budgeting Master’s conferences.
